August month end statistics show 66 new single family listings and 63 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 183. This follows four months where sales were in the mid-high 80’s and is most likely due to the season. The average time to sell was 36 days. The average selling price for the month was $801,089, very similar to the previous 3 months. The average sale price of apartments was $307,456, Townhouses $570,180, and bare land $308,500.
