Sales outpace new listings for the third month in a row!
The December Graph Stats show 42 single family sales and 31 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of just 61 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average price under the recently changed statistical model is $571,578, representing a 9.66% increase for 2020. The average time to sell during the year was 46 days, with a very high percentage of sales going in multiple offers. The average sale price of apartments was up 12.57%, townhouses were up 8.41%, and bare land up 13.05%.
