December month end statistics show 39 new single listings and 26 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 145. The 2023 year-end statistics show a leveling of the average selling prices over the last several months which is a trend we expect to continue into the start of 2024. The average time to sell during the year was 48 days. The average selling price for the year was $786,935, down about 5.5% from 2022. The annual average sale price of apartments was $331,832, Townhouses $564,572, and bare land $405,229.
