June month end statistics show 146 new single family listings and 88 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 224. This is the third consecutive month with the number of sales in the high 80’s, but this month the active inventory final surpassed the 200 mark. The average time to sell was nearly identical to May at 46 days. The average selling price for the month was $807,179, slightly higher than the previous month. All other categories were also up: the average sale price of apartments was $315,973, Townhouses $563,244, and bare land $505,234.
