79 Single family sales in March compared to 53 last year!
The March Graph Stats show 79 single family sales and 113 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 80 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is 601,781, representing a 14.9% increase year over year. The average time to sell in March was just 15 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers for well over the list price. The average sale price in March was $735,450! The twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $274,114, townhouses were $412,394 and bare land $343,517.
