20.71% increase year over year. The average time to sell in April was just 22 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers and over the list price. The average sale price in May was $687,290, a drop of over $43,548 from the previous month. The May average sale price of apartments was $316,889, townhouses were $446,325 and bare land $312,235.
