May month end statistics show 145 new single family listings and 86 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 197. This is the second consecutive month with the number of sales in the high 80’s and the month end inventory below 200. The average time to sell was 45 days. The average selling price for the month was $800,787 which is about 11.5% less than the same month last year. The average sale price of apartments was $313,444, Townhouses $543,400, and bare land $391,500.
