Record low inventory as the year comes to a close!
The November Graph Stats show 62 single family sales and just 49 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 44 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $730,744 representing a 28.81% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $830,328, the first time this number has been over $800,000. The average time to sell in November was 34 days, and multiple offers continue to be the norm. The November average sale price of apartments was $292,150, townhouses $599,145 and bare land $398,890.
