The November Graph Stats show 46 single-family sales and 65 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 197 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $838,972 representing a 14.81% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $726,264. The average time to sell in November was 56 days. The November twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $354,672, townhouses $608,460 and bare land $572,915.
