November was a relatively slow month for sales in the Cowichan Valley with 41 single family sales compared to 64 the same month last year. Year to date, the number of sales are off approximately 22%. However, inventory remains low and the average price continues to rise. After a slight dip in October, the average price maintained its upward trend in November and currently sits just under $536,000.
