Sales outpace new listings again!
The October Graph Stats show 87 single family sales and just 77 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of just 107 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average price under the recently changed statistical model is $561,741, up 8.64% from last year. Homes continue to sell quickly averaging 43 days on the market. There was also strong demand for bare land with 27 lot sales compared to just 10 last October. The number of apartment sales was also up by almost double from the same month a year ago.
