The October month-end market statistics show a slight drop in the number of home sales. There were 79 new listings and 36 units reported sold compared to 45 sales in September. These are similar numbers to the ones we saw the same month last year. Inventory remains low just below 200 and sits at 196 single family listings as of the end of October. The 12 months to date statistics continue to show a leveling of the average selling prices over the past 6 months. The average selling price sits at $781,526 down about 8% from last October. The average time to sell is up to 51 days. The average sale price of apartments was $384,780, Townhouses $690,389, and bare land $440,700.
