Seller’s Market Continues into 2022!
The January Graph Stats show 38 single family sales and 53 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 41 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $750,029 representing a 30.2% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $816,924. The average time to sell in January was 25 days, and it was not unusual to see 5-15 offers on individual listings. The January average sale price of apartments was $373,291, townhouses $555,188 and bare land $343,681.
