November month end statistics show 58 new single family listings and 46 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 208. The average sale price of a single family home in November was $826,509. The average time to sell was just 18 days. The 12 months to date graph stats show an increasing average selling price. The average sale price of apartments was $300,060, townhomes $527,636, and bare land a whopping $1,588,300. The bare land number requires an explanation: there were only three sales in the month and the highest one was $4,100,000!
