July month end statistics show 121 new single family listings and 69 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 344. That is an increase from the 60 sales we saw in June as well as the 62 sales one year ago. The average sale price of a single family home in July was $843,758 and the median sale price was $820,000. The average time to sell was 47 days. The average selling price of single family home was up slightly from the previous month. The average sale price of apartments was $330,053, townhomes $641,294, and bare land $432,450 (only two bare land sales).
