The April Graph Stats show 121 single family sales and 113 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 67 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is $620,586 representing a 18.75% increase year over year. The average time to sell in April was just 17 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers for well over the list price. The average sale price in April was $730,838! The April average sale price of apartments was $285,040, townhouses were $509,752 and bare land $470,353.
