Inventory on the rise!
The April Graph Stats show 92 single-family sales and 150 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 117 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $799,306 representing a 28.8% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $913,620. The average time to sell in April was 15 days, and multiple offers are still common. The April average sale price of apartments was $421,463, townhouses $570,239 and bare land $502,250.
