The average sale price of a single-family home in April was $856,816 and the median sale price was $780,000. The average time to sell was 41 days. The average selling price of single-family homes was up about 3% from the same month last year. The median sale price of apartments was $327,500, townhomes $619,395, and bare land $340,000.
