Single Family sales up slightly in August
The August Graph Stats show 59 single-family sales and 109 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 234 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $839,969 representing a 23.96% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $774,487. The average time to sell in August was 35 days. The August twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $342,260, townhouses $605,490 and bare land $538,897.
