Record low inventory as we enter 2022
The December Graph Stats show 33 single family sales and just 26 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 32 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $742,103 representing a 29.89% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $864,142, up almost $34,000 from the previous month. The average time to sell in December was 24 days, and multiple offers continue to be the norm. The December average sale price of apartments was $316,063, townhouses $538,191 and bare land $566,064.
