The February Graph Stats show 69 single family sales and 57 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 49 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is $585,988, representing a 12.4% increase year over year. The average time to sell in February was 35 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers for well over the list price. The twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $272,610, townhouses were $395,114, and bare land $328,550.
