Inventory remains low!
The February Graph Stats show 61 single family sales and 71 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 43 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $763,890 representing a 30.3% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $847,646. The average time to sell in February was 20 days, and it was not unusual to see 5-15 offers on individual listings. The February average sale price of apartments was $361,636, townhouses $529,448 and bare land $550,980.
