Finally a month where the new listings outpace sales!
The January Graph Stats show 42 single family sales and 61 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 75 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is $575,979, representing a 10.29% increase year over year. The average time to sell in January was 53 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers for over the list price. The twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $270,249, townhouses were $386,699, and bare land $313,945.
