January month end statistics show 87 new single-family listings and 42 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of just 172. The average sale price of a single-family homes in December was $797,826. The average time to sell was 71 days. The 12 months to date graph stats show a slight increasing trend in the average selling price over the past few months. The average sale price of apartments was $276,000, townhomes $556,567, and bare land $341,667.
