The July Graph Stats show a substantial increase of 93 single family sales compared to 70 in June. This was also up substantially from the 77 sales we saw in July 2019. The number of sales outpaced the 84 new listings, resulting in only 157 active listings at month end compared to 234 at the same time in 2019! The average price was $589,804, up 6% from the previous year. The average time to sell held steady at 33 days.
