Slight drop in sales this July likely due to lack of inventory!
The July Stats show 82 single family sales and 83 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 82 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is $662,089 representing a 23.87% increase year over year. The average time to sell in June was just 18 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers and well over the list price. The average sale price in July was $734,876, an increase of over $11,000 from the previous month. The July average sale price of apartments was $294,711, townhouses were $498,294 and bare land $544,080.
