The June Graph Stats show a small increase in the number of sales that happened in May this year and were down 18% from the same month last year. There was a bit of a decline in the number of new listings with only 90 compared to 116 in June 2019. The current active inventory is once again noticeably down. The average sale of a single family home in June was $585,657. The current 12 Months to Date statistics show the average sale price is $551,969, up 7% from the previous year.
