Sales and average selling price both up substantially from May!
The June Stats show 100 single family sales and 116 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 90 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is $644,994 representing a 22.36% increase year over year. The average time to sell in June was just 21 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers and well over the list price. The average sale price in June was $723,650, an increase of over $36,360 from the previous month. The June average sale price of apartments was $298,740, townhouses were $521,933 and bare land $569,929.
