Active listings increase for the third month in a row
The June Graph Stats show 67 single-family sales and 153 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 210 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $829,726 representing a 28.75% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $804,568. The average time to sell in June was 23 days. Multiple offers happen occasionally but are considerably less common than previous months. The June twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $337,096, townhouses $588,828 and bare land $535,610.
