March Sales up from February.
March month end statistics show 98 new single family listings and 59 sales, resulting in a month end inventory of 200. The average time to sell was 53 days. The average selling price for the month was $799,249. The number of listings of apartments, row/townhomes, and especially bare land are all up significantly from last year.
