The May Graph Stats show a subjstantial increase in the number of sales that happened in April, and were down just 5% from the same month last year. There was a sharp decline in the number of new listings with only 81 compared to 146 in May 2019. Therefore the current active inventory is also noticibly down. Prices continue to show an upward trend despite the current environment. The average sale of a single family home in May was $575,621. The current 12 Months to Date statistics show the average sale price is $547,187, up 7% from the previous year.
