That was the highest number of sales in the Cowichan Valley since the summer months in 2023! The average sale price of a single family home in May was $840,757 and the median sale price was $773,5000. The average time to sell was 40 days. The average selling price of single family homes was very similar to the same month last year. The median sale price of apartments was $420,000, townhomes $577,500, and bare land $283,125.
