The October Graph Stats show 45 single-family sales and 102 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 232 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $845,085 representing a 18.59% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $800,764. The average time to sell in October was 44 days. The October twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $350,639, townhouses $615,166 and bare land $554,745.
