Sales outpace new listings in September
The September Graph Stats show a substantial increase of 113 single family sales compared to just 53 for the same month last year. The number of sales outpaced the 104 new listings, resulting in an extremely low inventory of 137 active listings at month end. The current twelve months to date average price under the recently changed statistical model is $551,282, up 5.83% from last year. Homes continue to sell quickly averaging 40 days on the market. There is also very high demand for bare land currently with 33 lot sales compared to just 4 for the same month last year.
