Single-family home inventory holds steady through September
The September market statistics show 235 single family homes, virtually the same as the end of July and August. There were 49 sales in September that took an average of 39 says to sell. The average selling price for the month was $768,567, down slightly from August at $774,487. These number are a stark contrast from the $913,620 average selling price in April and $911,291 in May.

The September Graph Stats show 49 single-family sales and 109 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 235 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $841,328 representing a 20.93% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $768,567. The average time to sell in September was 39 days. The September twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $343,838, townhouses $606,911 and bare land $540,079.
