The 12 months to date statistics continue to show a leveling of average selling prices over the last 5 months. The average time to sell was 46 days. The average selling price for the month was $812,476,089, very similar to the previous 4 months. The average sale price of apartments was $343,020, Townhouses $573,746, and bare land $358,714.
