Average price continues to soar despite a slight drop in sales/rise in inventory!
The August Graph Stats show 69 single family sales and 88 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 91 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average selling price is $678,007 representing a 25.52% increase year over year. The average time to sell in August was just 25 days with a high percentage selling in multiple offers and well over the list price. The average sale price in August was $770,019, an increase of over $35,000 from the previous month! The August average sale price of apartments was $272,863, townhouses were $549,375 and bare land $406,542.
