Inventory remains low!
The March Graph Stats show 94 single family sales and 133 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 69 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $778,334 representing a 29.4% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $881,697. The average time to sell in February was 14 days, and it was not unusual to see 5-10 offers on individual listings. The February average sale price of apartments was $326,250, townhouses $592,253 and bare land $427,166.
