Active listings increase for the second month in a row
The May Graph Stats show 90 single-family sales and 146 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of 157 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date rolling average selling price is $820,297 representing a 30.3% increase year over year. The average selling price for the month was $911,291. The average time to sell in May was 19 days, and multiple offers are still common, although less so than previous months. The May twelve month to date average sale price of apartments was $331,263, townhouses $574,492 and bare land $533,037.
