Sales outpace new listings for the third month in a row!
The November Graph Stats show 73 single family sales and just 52 new listings, resulting in an active inventory of just 75 homes at month end. The current twelve months to date average price under the recently changed statistical model is $567,840, up 9.31% from last year. The average time to sell was 52 days on the market. There was very strong demand for bare land with 45 lot sales compared to 27 in October and just 12 in November 2019. The number of apartment sales was over double from the same month a year ago.
